We offer a rare blend of practical, hands on experience and creative design.
We have extensive experience in a wide range of buildings. We relish the prospect of designing a home from scratch and are just as inspired with the challenges of extending buildiongs.

Nadia Oulevay Architects is based in North London. With Over 13 years experience, we have a portfolio that extends from London (Typically North and East London: Islington, Hackney , Haringey, Camden) to France. We are happy to take on projects nationally and internationally, so feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.

At NOA we appreciate that every client and project is different. We will therefore tailor our fees to the level of service required in order to meet your particular needs.

We specialise in the residential sector and are happy to discuss your specific needs for your home improvements: from home extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments of houses and flats, to new build schemes.
We will always aim to satisfy the client requirements whilst aiming to turn the ordinary into an amazing space. We believe that the new should never obliterate the past but enhance it.
We design all our projects with your needs in mind and to create user friendly spaces, maximise daylight and maximise views.

As fully qualified, registered Architects we are bound by the codes of Professional Conduct of both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). These are in place to protect your interests and to ensure that we act with professional integrity at all times.
The requirements of the codes of conduct include: that we maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance; always have a written form of agreement with our clients; and that we organise and manage our professional work responsibly and with regard to the interests of our clients.
